I approached Letters by Lucy because I wanted to do something special for my newborn son. Letters By Lucy helped me by designing beautiful personalised wooden letters spelling his name for his bedroom door. The result was amazing! They looked professional and the attention to detail was clearly evident. One thing I liked was their constant communication throughout the experience.
