When pregnant with my first son and setting up his room, I looked around for unique decoration for his room. I was looking for his name letters to hang over his cot big enough to be able to see and to suit the colours in which I had picked for his room. I could not find anything like this out there.

With lots of trial and error, trying different ways of creating each letter, I came up with the original 17cm design. It was not long till I was being approach by family and friends to create designs for them, convincing me to take this and turn it to something that can grow and it definitely has!

Since introducing Letters by Lucy, I have been approached by local mums who themselves had been looking for something unique for their children's room. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating some amazing designs and am so thrilled that my work is loved by others.
